1. How much are the shipping costs?
For all orders under €29.00, shipping costs start from €7.00 for packages weighing up to 3 kg. For amounts over €29.00, delivery is FREE throughout the country. NB: for orders from abroad, the exact amount will be calculated depending on the recipient’s country

2. How long does delivery take?
The shipment of goods, from our headquarters, is generally carried out the day after the order is received or on the same day. Sometimes the finding of some items may cause a shipping delay of an additional day. Once the goods have been shipped, delivery is made within 48/72 hours throughout Italy via courier.
NB: For foreign orders, only payment by Advance Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal is accepted

3. How does delivery take place and what happens if there is no one at home?
National couriers deliver to the house number and not to the floor. However, it is possible to request a quote for delivery to the floor (porterage) by sending an email to shop@swimxwin.com. Couriers are not required to call to make an appointment except in exceptional cases or if expressly requested to the relevant branch. The times at which the courier delivers are at the discretion of the local driver and how he prefers to organize his round of deliveries today. If there is no one at home, the courier is required to leave a notice of passage with a telephone number to call back to arrange a redelivery.

4. How should I proceed to withdraw from the purchase?
Swimxwin recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation. The deadline for exercising this right is 30 days as required by law. By that date, the customer is required to send written and signed communication by registered letter to Swimxwin via Firenze 122 – 51035 Lamporecchio (PT). The letter must indicate the bank details (name of the bank, name of the agency, ABI code, CAB code, current account number) where the customer wishes to receive the credit for the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods. Together with sending the letter, the customer is required to send the goods via courier, placing them in suitable packaging in order to guarantee the integrity of the goods during transport. This packaging, as for the written communication, must be sent within 30 days of receiving the purchased goods, to the same address indicated above for sending the registered letter. Within 20 days of receiving the registered letter and the goods, Swimxwin srl will make the credit transfer for the exact amount that the customer paid for the purchase of the ordered goods (including any shipping costs) to the bank details communicated to us by the customer. The only expense that the customer must therefore bear, to exercise the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost for sending the registered letter and the courier transport costs for sending the goods to our office.

5. What payment methods are accepted?
The following payment methods are accepted for orders in Italy:
- Advance bank transfer;
- PayPal;
- Credit card;
- Cash on delivery (in cash or with a bank draft made out to Swimxwin srl) upon receipt of the goods, directly to the Express Courier who makes the delivery. A 4 euro postage fee applies to cash on delivery.
Paypal, credit card and bank transfer are accepted for orders with shipment abroad.

13. How can I order from abroad?
It is not possible to order directly online for shipments outside the EEC, as it is necessary to request a quote for transport costs. It is therefore necessary to send an email to info@swimxwin.com specifying the place of delivery of the goods (Country, Province, City) and the material you intend to purchase. A cost estimate will be sent as soon as possible to the specified email address. To confirm the estimate, simply send an email to shop@swimxwin.com stating that the estimate has been accepted and proceed to make a bank transfer to Swimxwin srl at the following coordinates:

14. What to do when you receive the ordered goods?
When the courier delivers the goods, you must check:
- That the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of a package;
- That the number of packages (number of parcels) indicated on the transport documents corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.
N.B.: Any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier; in the absence of these, the product is considered to have been delivered correctly; all documents contained in the special pocket applied to the outside of the package must be kept.

15. When I make a purchase, is a receipt or an invoice issued?
When a purchase is made, the customer can choose whether to receive a receipt or an invoice. If the customer chooses an invoice, he or she can specify billing information that is different from the shipping information. If the customer does not indicate either option, a receipt will be issued but will not be sent.

Display/navigation problems may occur if you access pages other than the home page that were previously saved in your Favorites. Otherwise, make sure you have enabled cookies and that the security level set is not excessively high.

17. What happens if the ordered product is out of stock?
If for extraordinary reasons, at the time of receiving the order, one or more items are not available, Swimxwin srl will contact the customer by telephone or email within 2 days of receiving the order, informing him of any longer waiting times to find the desired item and/or will propose to the customer one or more items that, in terms of quality/price ratio, are equivalent to those ordered. If the customer accepts the replacement product but, within the terms provided for by the right of withdrawal (see the specific entry in the FAQ), it is not to his liking, Swimxwin srl will bear all the costs related to the return of the replacement item, otherwise the entire amount will be refunded.

18. How do I return the goods?
Swimxwin srl allows you to exchange the purchased goods under the following conditions:
- The goods must not be broken / damaged and in any case must not show signs of wear caused by use, must still have the labels attached;
- In case of material provided with special packaging (envelope / box etc.), this packaging must be used to return the goods.

19. How do I change my size?
Swimxwin allows you to change your size for free and expressly. This service can only be used for costumes, under the following conditions:
- The goods must not be broken / damaged and in any case must not show signs of wear caused by use, must still have the labels attached.
- In the case of material provided with special packaging (envelope / box etc.), this packaging must be used to reinsert the goods.
